Most people in the event industry turn their finances and books over to someone else, whether it's a bookkeeper, accountant or adviser. Yet without being able to read, understand and interpret your company's financial statements, that's like driving a car without knowing how to read the instruments on your dashboard. In this class we'll review all the components that go into your company's books, including a detailed walk-through of the key financial statements every business should be using to measure their fiscal health.
