Lizz Torgovnick is managing director of Sequence Events, a New York-based events agency specializing in production, strategic planning and design, whose senior leadership team has been together for nearly a decade producing award-winning experiences both nationally and internationally.
Prior to that, Lizz was Senior Event Producer at the international events agency Global Events, challenged at a young age to manage the busy Production Department.
Her client experience includes a range of brands and organizations, with events ranging from 30 to 3,000 guests: Moët Hennessy, StarKist, Porsche, Travel Channel, Toy Industry Association, Children's Book Council, Women's Bond Club, Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association, and The Wharton School.
Lizz has been featured on the cover of Meetings & Conventions Magazine, and is an instructor for the Event Leadership Institute ("Creating a Run of Show).

The Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) is a certification offered by the Convention
Industry Council (CIC), an umbrella group comprised of 30 organizations. As part
of the application process for the CMP, candidates are required to log a minimum
of 25 Clock Hours of approved education. If you see the CMP designation next to
a given class on this site, it indicates that class has been approved by the CIC
to count toward that educational requirement, for the designated number of clock
