In this role, you will oversee the entire Marketing Team for Chattanooga region. You will be required to split your time between the office and travel within office region to various events. In the office you will be responsible for assisting in establishing an event plan for the year as well as staffing/trainee event marketers. Other duties will include:

  • Event Marketing Program Growth
  • Event Marketing Team Growth and Performance
  • Create Team Goals and Action Plans
  • Analyze Team Key Performance Data
  • Analyze Event and Home Show Key Performance Data
  • Generate quality lead stats within region
  • Demonstrate Homecraft product and service at trade shows and events


We are looking for someone who has the competencies and personal attributes that will complement the growth and success of HomeCraft’s event marketing department.

  • At minimum 3 years of event marketing or management related professional work experience required
  • Excellent oral and Interpersonal skills
  • Able to conduct research, develop and organize information
  • Be data driven; ability to tell a story based on qualitative and quantitative data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Supervisory Experience
  • Motivated, positive attitude, and results-oriented
  • Flexible work schedules and the willingness to travel (including potential evening, weekend and holiday work)
